Update: Defraggler 1.07.124
Defraggler 1.07.124 is out.
The only addition that caught my eye is the option to automatically shut down the PC when the defrag process ends. Everything else falls into the category of “usual improvements and fixes” (they’re also welcome, don’t get me wrong 
)
