Update: FileZilla 3.2.0
After 2 release candidates, FileZilla 3.2.0 is now stable. Beside various bug fixes and minor improvements, FileZilla now has support for bookmarks.
Bookmarks basically allow you to store pairs of remote and local directories that you acces frequently. Too add a bookmark, open the Bookmarks menu and click on “add bookmark”, then specify the remote and local dirs (the FTP directory will be preset to the current remote dir). To use one, just connect to a FTP server, open the Bookmarks menu and click on one of the entries. To manage your bookmarks (add, edit, delete, clone), use the Bookmarks->Manage bookmarks option.
Note: bookmarks can be either global (always shown in the Bookmarks menu) or site-specific (shown only when you’re connected to the associated FTP site).
