CCleaner 1.33.382: a bit of patching up and more languages

CCleaner has been updated today to 1.33.382. At the time of posting, the official site hasn't even yet posted the proper links to version 1.33.382 (they still point to 1.32.345), but I was able to scoop them up for you.

Important changes include some Opera 9 compatibility fixes, main interface modifications and some other minor and unmentioned bugfixes targeting older systems.

A problem I too bumped into is the situation in which some of the issues CCleaner finds in your registry show up again after being "fixed". This has been solved in 1.33.382, according to the developers.

Localization has been improved as well, with some existing translations being updated while other have been added (Slovak).
